| Product Care Association (PCA) administers a province wide collection and recycling program for leftover paint and other household hazardous waste. Consumers can drop off their leftover paint at over 100 collection depots in British Columbia. As part of the program we give away FREE PAINT - we set aside cans of leftover paint for reuse and give them away FREE of charge to the public. The free paint is available to the public on the following conditions: 1. The product is as is, Product Care makes no representation or warranty as to the merchantability, quality, contents or origin of the product or to the fitness of this product for any purpose 2. It is subject to availability: colours, quantities and type of paint may be limited 3. You must sign a form of waiver releasing Product Care and its agents from any liability relating to the use of the paint If for any reason you are not satisfied with the paint you receive, you may return it to any Product Care depot without charge. Free paint is available only at the Product Care depots listed below.
